Martijn van de Hel and Saskia Stolk successfully assisted Waterland in obtaining approval from the ACM for its acquisition of Van der Meijs Groep B.V. en Maasveste Berben Groep B.V.
Waterland is an independent equity investor. Van der Meijs and Maasveste Berben Bouw operate in the field of civil and utility construction. Their activities include renovation work, residential construction and sustainability improvements.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 22 November 2024. The ACM approved the notification on 9 December 2024.
