Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita have assisted Biltz in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Meerbouw Rotterdam.
Biltz offers renovations and maintenance services. Their work includes planned maintenance, renovation work, painting, fire prevention, upholstery and project design. Biltz is part of Nordian, an investment company with portfolio companies that are active in various sectors. Meerbouw Rotterdam is a contracting company that focuses on performing new construction, remodeling, renovation, transformation, preservation and property management.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 30 January 2023. The ACM approved the acquisition on 15 February 2023.
Earlier this year Maverick Advocaten assisted Biltz with her takeover of IJbouw Groep.
