Maverick also guides a confidential retailer in the commission’s luxury fashion cartel probe. Other notable work includes advising Associated Business Music Distributors in private abuse of dominance proceedings against BumaStemra, a case that went to the Dutch Supreme Court before being referred back to the Hague Court of Appeal for a determination on the competitive position of ABDM’s members.
