Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman successfully assisted O2 Capital Partners in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of construction company Derckx.
O2 Capital Partners is a Dutch investment company and focuses mainly on companies in the manufacturing, food and agricultural industries, trading companies, internet applications and ICT.
Holding Gebr. Derckx is engaged in the new construction, expansion and renovation of business premises within the private sector. Here, Derckx is involved in the entire construction process.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 16 December 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on 2 January 2025.
