Martijn van de Hel, Adriaan Craita and Saskia Stolk advised Waterland in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of construction and renovation company Elk groep.
Waterland is an independent private equity investor.
Elk groep concerns a company in the field of maintenance and renovation of real estate. Its activities consist of renovation work, daily maintenance, systematic maintenance and sustainability improvements.
The acquisitions was notified to the ACM on 30 January 2023. The ACM approved the acquisition on 15 February 2023.
