Martijn van de Hel and Saskia Stolk have successfully assisted Waterland in obtaining ACM approval for the acquisition of Huurman-Leiden.
Waterland is an independent equity investor. Huurman-Leiden operates as a construction company for service, maintenance and (project-based) renovation work. Huurman-Leiden also realizes larger new construction projects.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 23 September 2024. The ACM approved the notification on 15 October 2024.
