Cyriel Ruers and Bas van Os have successfully Pleijsier assisted in obtaining ACM approval for its acquisition of the Van Herk Groep.
Pleijsier is a company active in the construction of distribution centers, offices, business centers, megastores, apartments and hotels. The Van Herk Groep includes several companies engaged in construction projects. The Van Herk Groep carries out these construction projects for residential buildings, utility buildings, healthcare and education.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 6 November 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on 29 November 2024.
