Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman successfully assisted Value Enhancement Partners in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Atrium Agri B.V.
VE Partners is an investment company based in the Netherlands. Through its funds it has interests in multiple companies active in various businesses, many of which are based in the Netherlands.
Atrium Agri is a group of cooperating companies within the international horticultural sector. Atrium is engaged in the design, assembly and installation of greenhouse structures and installations within the field of automation, electrical and water technology and climate technology for agriculture.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 12 December 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on 24 December 2024.
