Diederik Schrijvershof and Leah Peeters are assisting Mediq in obtaining approval from the Authority Consumer and Market for the acquisition of Mathot.
Mediq supplies medical devices, disposable medical supplies, medicines and related services directly to healthcare institutions (B2B) and directly to patients at home (under the Health Care Insurance Act). Mathot is a medical device supplier and expert in ostomy care, wound care, continence care and compression therapy.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 17 December 2024.
