Martijn van de Hel and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted Ploegam Beheer B.V. and Dura Vermeer Division Infra B.V. in obtaining approval from the ACM for the joint acquisition of De Boer & De Groot.
Ploegam is a construction company that specializes in groundwork and infrastructure projects. Dura Vermeer is active housing, non-residential construction, infrastructure and engineering. De Boer & De Groot specializes in concrete and water construction projects and has a strong presence in the northern Netherlands.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 20 February 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition on 27 March 2025.
