Quadrum Capital is an independent investment company consisting of four investment funds with a focus on mid-market companies.
Makso specializes in assembly of printed circuit boards using SMD technology. Furthermore, Makso's business activities consist of prototype development and component import and trade.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on October 1, 2024 . The ACM approved the concentration on October 15, 2024 .
