Due to COVID-19, Maverick Advocaten will not be sending traditional Christmas cards this year. Instead, we will be sponsoring Friendship Sports Centre, the only sports centre in Europe that is fully equipped for children and young people with disabilities.
The Corona crisis has dried up the Friendship Sports Centre’s income. Maverick Advocaten subscribes to its conviction that every child should be able to practise sports. Sport offers them enjoyment, increases their strength and boosts their confidence. Children should not be side‑lined by financial setbacks.
That’s why Maverick Advocaten purchased a unique photo and has become a regular sponsor of the Friendship Sports Centre. On the occasion of the Friendship Sports Centre’s tenth anniversary, Humberto Tan made a beautiful photo, inspired by Paul Huf's famous Ajax photo from 1967.
