Maverick is launching the wetvifo.nl information portal. The website offers information and practical tips as to whether or not a notification requirement applies and on the screening requirements under the Wet Vifo (Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions Security Test Act).
The information portal is regularly updated on the basis of questions from business owners and experiences of the lawyers involved, such as contacts with the Bureau for Verification of Investments (BTI).
