As of April 2021 the team has been expanded with the arrival of Adriaan Craita. As an associate specialised in competition law, Adriaan will focus on merger control, cartel investigations and competition proceedings. He advises his clients on the admissibility of distribution practices, joint ventures and abuse of dominance cases. His particular interest lies in (regulatory) developments in the digital and financial markets and in the field of competition and sustainability. Adriaan studied European Law at Leiden University and has completed the Law Firm School in addition to the Vocational Training for Advocates of the Dutch Bar. Prior to joining Maverick Advocaten, Adriaan worked at Houthoff for several years.
