The corona crisis has brought the world into an uncertain economic time. Different sectors are struggling and many companies are more than ever forced to team up with each other. In this time of need, it appears that the European Commission and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers Markets (ACM) are dealing flexibly with the competition rules.
