Maverick Advocaten was interviewed by the leading Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf on the German car cartel. The interview took place following reports that BMW, Daimler, Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche engaged in anti-competitive conduct. The behaviour may lead to cartel damage claims across Europe.
