Martijn van de Hel was interviewed by Dutch national newspapers het Financieele Dagblad, De Telegraaf and NRC Handelsblad on the consequences of the judgement of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) in the Coty case. In the Coty judgement the ECJ confirmed that a supplier of luxury goods may restrict its selective distributors from selling these products through third-party internet platforms such as Amazon and Ebay.
