Maverick Advocaten has been interviewed by Dutch business magazine Quote about a follow-on claim pursued by a Greek brewery against Heineken. Brewer Macedonian Thrace holds Heineken liable for the behaviour of its Greek subsidiary, which abused her dominant position in Greece. In 2015, Heineken subsidiary Althenian Brewery was given a fine of € 31,5 million by the Greek competition authority, for closing exclusive deals with retailers, restaurants and cafés.
