Martijn van de Hel has been interviewed by Academie voor de Rechtspraktijk (AVDR), a legal training institute, about the developments in competition law. The subjects that Martijn addressed include online resale price maintenance, price algorithms and the offensive launched by the European Commission and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) on online vertical price-fixing. Martijn also addressed developments in the field of merger control in M&A transactions and in particular the risks involved in gun jumping. AVDR published the interviews in the digital Magna Charta Magazine.
