Martijn van de Hel has been interviewed by the international competition news agency Parr about the consequences of the upcoming Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC) for competition procedures. The NCC has to become a court specialising in international business disputes. By default, the NCC will preside over cases in English, as well as publish its decision in the English language.
