Cyriel Ruers and Saskia Stolk successfully assisted Robin Radar in obtaining approval from the Bureau Toetsing Investeringen (“BTI”) for Parcom's acquisition of the company under the Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions Security Screening Act (“Vifo Act”).
Robin Radar was created in 2010 as a spin-off of research institute TNO. The company is a developer of radar systems that specialize in detecting and classifying small flying objects. The company's radars are deployed in a range of vital industries, including defense, security, civil and military aviation and wind farms.
