Maverick supports Van Loon Group with the acquisition of Enkco

A team of Maverick Advocaten has successfully assisted Van Loon Group in acquiring the ACM’s approval for the acquisition of assets of Enkco. Van Loon Group consists of four ambitious meatpacking companies: Van Loon Vlees, Brandenburg, Van de Raa and Meat Friends.
