Martijn van de Hel has successfully obtained the ACM’s approval for the acquisition of Bonfait by Van Loon Group. Van Loon Group is an enterprising family business active in the meat industry. Bonfait produces chilled ready meals and meal components like salads, soups and sauces for the retail and foodservice sectors.
The strategic acquisition of Bonfait enables Van Loon Group to further expand is product portfolio. Besides supplying meat products and meat substitutes, Van Loon Group will also enter the market for ready chilled meals and meal components.
