Martijn van de Hel has successfully assisted Van Loon Group in acquiring the ACM’s approval for the acquisition of Verhey. Van Loon Group consists of ambitious meatpacking companies: Van Loon Vlees, Brandenburg, ENKCO, Van de Raa, Meat Friends and Best Star Meat. Maverick also supported Van Loon Group with its acquisition of ENKCO.
The acquisition of Verhey has been approved by ACM on 16 December 2019. Van Loon Group will aggregate its production of beef products in Nuth after the acquisition.
