Martijn van de Hel has succesfully assisted ADG Dienstengroep in obtaining the ACM's approval for the acquisition of In Person. After the transaction the combined family firms will become the fourth largest employment agency of The Netherlands. Together ADG and In Person will be able to offer even more work- and eductional opportunities. As a consequence, clients will profit from an even more innovative and efficient service while maintaining their trusted provider.
