Diederik Schrijvershof assists TSN Woonzorg B.V., TSN Verzorging & Verpleging B.V. and TSN Zorgcentrale B.V. ("TSN") in obtaining second phase merger clearance from the Authority for Consumers and Markets ("ACM"). TSN intends to join Stichting Espria ("Espria") after the merger. On 30 September 2019, ACM imposed a licence requirement on this transaction. The parties applied for a licence on 10 October 2019. During the second phase investigation, ACM will further investigate the impact of the transaction on district nursing services in the south-eastern part of Groningen. TSN and Espria are both active in the field of elderly care in Drenthe and Groningen. As a result of the transaction, TSN will become part of Espria as an independent healthcare organisation. TSN is currently part of the ADG dienstengroep. The Dutch Healthcare Authority has already approved the transaction. Maverick Advocaten successfully assisted TSN in this.
