A team of Maverick Advocatne will be presenting T-Mobile at a hearing before the European Court of Justice today. It is a hearing in preliminary-ruling proceedings in response to questions raised by the College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven (Dutch Administrative Court of Appeal for Trade and Industry). The questions relate to the tariff obligations for mobile voice call termination services adopted by the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets) in the FTA/MTA IV market analysis decision (see our earlier message of 9 September 2013 on this case).
