A team of Maverick Advocaten isrepresenting Sandd, the second largest postal services provider in the Netherlands, in several competition law and postal regulation proceedings before the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (“ACM”). For instance, they will assist Sandd on 18 January 2017 in an administrative procedure before the District Court of Rotterdam on the cost allocation system of PostNL for the Universal Postal Service. This system forms the basis for the postage stamp price.
