A Maverick team led by Diederik Schrijvershof has convinced the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) to abandon an administrative fine potentially addressed to a healthcare provider. The NZa planned to impose the penalty for an alleged violation of the Healthcare Market Regulation Act.
