A team of Maverick Advocaten has assisted Eneco and Renault with the notification of Renault’s acquisition of a stake in Jedlix to the European Commission. The transaction, leading to joint control, was cleared on 10 October.
Jedlix provides electric vehicle smart charging services. It operates a cloud-based IT infrastructure and associated apps that manage the balance between consumption and supply of renewable energy and prevent grid congestion.
