The team of Maverick Advocaten, led by Martijn van de Hel, has assisted Parnassia Groep, Altrecht and De Kijvelanden, three major Dutch mental healthcare companies, in gaining approval from the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) for the creation of a full function joint venture (FPCR). This joint venture will create one of the largest forensic mental healthcare companies in The Netherlands. Maverick Advocaten convinced the ACM that the joint venture will not lead to a restriction of competition.
