Martijn van de Hel has assisted SPIE Nederland with the notification of the acquisition of Numac Groep to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). The transaction was cleared on April 28.

Numac is a leading industrial maintenance and technical services provider for the industry in the Netherlands. Through its 4 subsidiaries, the company offers a comprehensive portfolio of services and solutions: multi-disciplinary maintenance, metal processing equipment maintenance, electrical installation and panels’ assembly, support services for OEM.
