Martijn van de Hel, Adriaan Craita and Cleo Habraken successfully assisted Eiffage Energiesystemen in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of EKB.
Eiffage Energiesystemen is a holding company of technical installation companies engaged in the realization and maintenance in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, among others, in sectors such as healthcare & pharma and industry & energy. EKB focuses on providing electronic installation engineering services in the field of industrial automation. EKB's activities include design, supply, installation and maintenance in the field of industrial automation.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 19 July 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on 5 August 2024.
