Diederik Schrijvershof is representing several healthcare providers in their objection proceedings at the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) against the NZa’s specialist mental healthcare and forensic care tariff decisions. More information on those tariff decisions can be found here and here. Maverick Advocaten is at the same time representing several forensic healthcare providers in preliminary relief proceedings instituted against the Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (Custodial Institutions Agency - DJI). The proceedings relate to the DJI open house forensic care procurement procedure and the unilateral imposition by DJI of too low a tariffs, in combination with the introduction of an integral maximum current price system.
