Diederik Schrijvershof assisted Zorg van de Zaak regarding its purchase of Winnock B.V. and Winnock Zorg B.V. from Achmea. Winnock provides assistance to clients and their employers in the context of work resumption. Winnock Zorg is active in the area of medical-specialised rehabilitation care. The acquisition was cleared by the Dutch healthcare authority (NZa) on 23 December 2016, and by Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) on 16 February 2016. In addition, Diederik also assisted Zorg van de Zaak in relation to its acquisition of RA-Medical B.V. and the affiliated foundation Instelling voor Medisch Specialistische Zorg Ra-Medical. RA-Medical provides assistance to patients in the Obesity Centre Beverwijk who suffer from (morbid) obesity in order to help them to lose weight in a medically responsible way.
