Diederik Schrijvershof has successfully assisted Zorg van de Zaak and Novadic-Kentron in obtaining merger clearance from both the NZa and ACM. Novadic-Kentron joins the Zorg van de Zaak network. According to ACM the transaction will not lead to a significant impediment of competition.

The accession of Novadic-Kentron to the Zorg van de Zaak network contributes to the continuity and future stability of Novadic-Kentron and reinforces the quality of care provision.
