Martijn van de Hel has successfully assisted Waterland in obtaining approval from the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) for the acquisition of restaurant chain Loetje.
Waterland is an independent private equity firm that invests in undertakings through various funds. Previously, Maverick has assisted Waterland with the acquisition of Debuut (including Popocatepetl and Stan & Co). Loetje is a family business that has expanded over the past 40 years from a billiards cafe to a restaurant chain with 20 locations and over 1.500 employees.
