Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita have assisted Waterland in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Warenhuys.
Waterland is a private equity investment group. Warenhuys is active in the sale (and installation) of kitchens, bathrooms, tiles and sanitary ware to both consumers and companies.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 24 February 2022. The ACM approved the acquisition on 10 March 2022.
