Martijn van de Hel, Adriaan Craita and Saskia Stolk successfully assisted Waterland in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of QLS.
Waterland is an independent equity investor. QLS is active in warehousing, fulfilment and parcel services for online shops. QLS provides end-to-end logistics solutions including stock storage, packing orders and transporting packages from their customers to their fulfilment centres and from the fulfilment centres to last mile delivery carriers.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 26 July 2024. The ACM approved acquisition on 13 August 2024.
