Martijn van de Hel and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted Standbyco IX Holdco 8 B.V. (“Waterland”) in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Nationale Projecten Holding N.V. (“NFP”).
Waterland is an independent equity investment company. It focuses mainly on companies with a turnover level between 10 and 500 million euros. NFP is active in the field of offering and administering additional fringe benefits to employees. NFP focuses mainly on bicycles, but also offers a wide range of other benefits.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on January 15, 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on March 6, 2024.
