Vendis Capital is an independent investment company focused on the European consumer sector. Vendis Capital focuses on building and investing in small to medium-sized branded consumer companies in Europe that are well positioned for value-creating growth or transformation.
Meubelzorg operates in the provision of seating for the elderly. Meubelzorg offers its products both through physical shops and through home sales.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 23 June 2023 and was approved by the ACM on 6 July 2023.
