Diederik Schrijvershof and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted Value Enhancement Partners in obtaining approval from the ACM for the investment in Maasveste Berben Groep.
VE Partners is an investment company that invests primarily in companies in the manufacturing and trade sectors. Maasveste Berben Groep is a construction company active in the field of (i) unplanned maintenance for housing corporations, (ii) maintenance & other work for housing corporations, insurers and homeowner’s associations and (iii) construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
The acquisitions of Maasveste Berben Groep by VE Partners was notified to the ACM on 25 June 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 9 July 2021.
