Martijn van de Hel assisted Van Loon Group in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of ProMessa, the centralised butchery of Coop Supermarkten.
Van Loon Group is an entrepreneurial family business active in the meat production chain. The acquisition of ProMessa is in line with Van Loon Group's growth strategy to further strengthen its position in the Dutch retail market and to achieve potential synergy benefits. On 16 February 2021, the ACM approved the acquisition.
