Diederik Schrijvershof is assisting TSN with obtaining approval from the Dutch healthcare authority (“NZA”) and the Dutch competition authority (“ACM”). TSN intents to join Stichting Espria (“Espria”). TSN is currently part of ADG dienstengroep. As a result of the transaction, TSN will become part of Espria whilst staying an independent healthcare organization. TSN offers (among other things) home care in several regions in the Netherlands and has three intramural elderly care locations in Groningen and Hoogezand. TSN and Espria are both active in the field of elderly care in Drenthe and Groningen.
