Diederik Schrijvershof, Saskia Stolk and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted Thesis in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Van Wesemael Groep.
Thesis heads a group of companies active in the trade and production of fertilizers and the trade of crop protection products, sowing and agricultural supplies. Thesis is the parent company of crop protection and nutrition specialist Van Iperen, among others. Van Wesemael Groep trades in fertilizers, crop protection products, sowing seeds and agricultural supplies.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 3 July 2024. The ACM unconditionally approved the acquisition on 3 September 2024.
