Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman successfully assisted an investor in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of a minority stake in a full service installation company specializing in mechanical, electrical and fire protection engineering.
The activities of the full service installation company consist mainly of the installation and maintenance of central heating, hot water and air conditioning systems, the practice of plumbing, water and gas fittings and the purchase and sale of all goods, production equipment and machinery.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on August 2, 2023. The ACM approved the acquisition on August 18, 2023.
