Martijn van de Hel has assisted SPIE Nederland in obtaining clearance for its acquisition of Ziut. SPIE is active in the fields of design, advise, construction, reparation and maintenance of installation for the energy and communications markets. Ziut is active in the field of electrotechnical installation and specialises in design and construction of public lighting solutions. The transaction was approved by the Authority for Consumer and Markets on 1 August 2017. Several media outlets reported (in Dutch) on the transaction, among others, here and here.
