Martijn van de Hel and Paul Breithaupt assisted Scheybeeck in obtaining ACM approval for the acquisition of Omniba (24/7 drive and 365hrm) by Consolid (part of Scheybeeck).
Scheybeeck is an independent investment company that invests with its own capital. It focuses primarily on companies active in rental, maintenance and service, technical services, security, transport and logistics, construction and development. Consolid is a staffing, secondment and training agency that operates nationwide. Consolid focuses primarily on the transport & logistics, passenger transport, home delivery, airport services, hospitality and automotive sectors.
Omniba is a holding company. Omniba's subsidiaries operate nationally in the field of secondment, payroll and temporary employment of workers in the transport, logistics and retail sectors.
The acquisition was reported to the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) on 14 January 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition on 26 February 2025.
