Diederik Schrijvershof and Adriaan Craita successfully assisted Royal Schiphol Group in obtaining regulatory approval from the ACM for the takeover of Kappé.
Schiphol Group is the owner of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol as well as Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Lelystad Airport. As the owner of Schiphol Airport, Schiphol Group grants concessions to operate travel retail shops at the airport.
Kappé operates 15 shops at Schiphol Airport.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 30 November 2023 and was approved by the ACM on 9 January 2024.
