Martijn van de Hel has successfully assisted Qualium Investment in obtaining approval from ACM for a transaction regarding the acquisition Acolad Group. Maverick worked alongside the American firm, Mayer Brown.
Acolad Group is one of the biggest translation agencies in Europe with additional locations in Canada, China and the United States. Acolad Group has, for example, recently acquired Livewords, one of the biggest Dutch translation agencies. Qualium Investment is a French investment company, with a focus on long term investments in medium to large size enterprises. The main shareholder in Qualium Investment is Caisse des dépôts et consignations, a French public sector financial institution.
